Templates
This page provides the official templates issued by Conference Proceedings in Science and Management (CPSM). Authors and Volume Editors are asked to use these templates without alteration to their structure. Templates are kept current; please download the latest version from this page rather than reusing files from earlier conferences.
Manuscript templates for authors
Authors preparing a manuscript for submission to a Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag.-published conference should download one of the templates below, in the reference style adopted by their conference. The choice between IEEE and APA 7th edition is made by the Volume Editors of each conference and communicated in the call for papers; authors should follow the style indicated by the conference, not the style of their personal preference.
| Template | Format | Reference style | Download |
|---|---|---|---|
| Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. Manuscript Template (Word, IEEE) | Microsoft Word (.docx) | IEEE numerical | Download |
| Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. Manuscript Template (Word, APA 7th) | Microsoft Word (.docx) | APA, 7th edition | Download |
| Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. Manuscript Template (LaTeX, IEEE) | LaTeX source (.tex) | IEEE numerical | Download |
Notes on the manuscript templates
- The Word templates are based on the Georgia typeface throughout, with the Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. masthead in the page header. Do not alter the header, the footer, or the section ordering.
- The LaTeX template is built on the standard
IEEEtrandocument class and compiles directly on Overleaf or any current TeX distribution. References may be supplied either through the included samplethebibliographyenvironment or through a.bibfile using theIEEEtran.bstbibliography style. - Manuscripts must comply with the Author Guidelines and the Publication Ethics policy. Manuscripts that do not follow the template may be returned for revision before peer review.
- All accepted manuscripts are screened for textual similarity. Authors are asked to cite all sources properly and to disclose any use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of the manuscript, in accordance with the disclosure language in the template.

Volume Editors of conferences accepted for publication in CPSM are asked to complete and sign the Statement of Peer Review at the close of the review process for their volume. The signed Statement is submitted to the editorial office along with the completed Volume.
