Archiving and Preservation
Conference Proceedings in Science and Management (Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag.) is committed to the long-term preservation of all published content. Volumes published in Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. are intended to remain permanently accessible and citable.
Permanent Identifiers
Each published paper is assigned a permanent URL on the website of the proceedings series. Once a paper is published, its URL does not change. Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. will register a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each published paper through Crossref once Crossref membership is active.
Hosting
The website and all published content of the proceedings series are hosted on managed hosting infrastructure operated for SHORAM Editorial Services. Content is backed up regularly to independent storage to safeguard against data loss.
Long-Term Preservation
Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. will deposit published content with the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed digital preservation service for journals using Open Journal Systems. The PKP PN ensures that Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. content remains accessible even if the primary hosting of the proceedings series becomes unavailable.
Deposit will commence following the publication of the first volume of the proceedings series and confirmation of ISSN registration.
Indexing and Discoverability
Published volumes are submitted to relevant indexing and discovery services as the proceedings series becomes eligible. Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. aims for inclusion in:
- The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
- Google Scholar
- Crossref (for DOI registration and citation linking)
- Scopus and Web of Science (subject to each database's evaluation)
- Subject-specific databases relevant to the disciplines published in each volume
Inclusion in these databases is not guaranteed and depends on each database's own evaluation criteria. Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. does not promise indexing outcomes to authors or conference organizers.
Author Self-Archiving
Authors are permitted to deposit any version of their published article, including the final published version, in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, and academic networking platforms, at any time after publication, with no embargo. The Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. self-archiving policy will be registered with Sherpa Romeo following the publication of the first volume.
Withdrawal of Content
Published content is not withdrawn from the proceedings series except in cases of established research misconduct, legal requirement, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such cases, the original record is retained and a retraction notice is published in its place. The full procedures for corrections, retractions, errata, and expressions of concern are set out in the relevant section of the Editorial Policies page.
