The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the editorial standards of the proceedings series, the evaluation of conference proposals, and oversight of the peer review process. Together with the Editorial Advisory Board, the Editor-in-Chief holds final authority over acceptance of any volume into Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. The Editor-in-Chief retains the authority to desk-reject any submission that falls outside the scope of the proceedings series, fails to meet its ethical standards, or shows evidence of misconduct.

The Managing Editor coordinates the day-to-day operations of Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag., including liaison with conference organizing committees, scheduling of volumes, oversight of editorial workflow within the Open Journal Systems platform, and communication with authors and volume editors. The Managing Editor works in close consultation with the Editor-in-Chief on all matters of editorial policy and process.
Volume Editors
Each volume of Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. is edited by the organizing committee of the contributing conference. The volume editors for each volume are listed on the volume's table of contents page and on the Statement of Peer Review accompanying the volume.
Volume editors are responsible for administering peer review, selecting accepted papers, and signing the Statement of Peer Review for their volume. Their work is independently cross-checked by the Editorial Advisory Board, the Managing Editor, and the Editor-in-Chief, who hold final authority over acceptance.
Editorial Advisory Board
The Editorial Advisory Board of Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. comprises senior academics drawn from institutions across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Board members advise on editorial policy, scope, and ethical standards, and provide independent oversight of volume-level peer review conducted by conference organizing committees. Members are listed alphabetically by surname.

Composition
The Editorial Advisory Board reflects the full disciplinary scope and international character of Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag. The proceedings series maintains:
- Representation across the discipline groups within the scope of Conf. Proc. Sci. Manag.;
- A minimum of forty percent international representation, drawn from institutions outside India;
- Members of demonstrated standing in their field, typically holding the rank of Associate Professor or above, or equivalent in industrial or research settings;
- Diversity of gender, geography, and career stage, consistent with the values of the proceedings series.
Invitation to Serve
Senior academics, researchers, and editors with relevant disciplinary expertise are invited to express interest in serving on the Editorial Advisory Board. Expressions of interest, accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae and a short statement of motivation, may be sent to info@shoramedits.com. All appointments are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with existing board members.
