Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Before publication, the corresponding author may request withdrawal through OJS or the editorial office, providing the manuscript identifier, reason and confirmation that all authors agree. The office records and confirms the withdrawal. Until confirmation, authors should not assume that an active submission has been withdrawn.
Authors must not submit the same manuscript to another journal while it is under active consideration here. There is no withdrawal penalty. Any question about a paid publication charge is handled separately by the editorial office and does not determine an editorial decision.
Once an article is published, it is part of the scholarly record. Concerns are addressed through corrections, expressions of concern, retractions or exceptional removal under the published policy, rather than ordinary manuscript withdrawal.
