Authorship and Contributorship

List as authors only people who made a substantive scholarly contribution, participated in drafting or critical revision, approved the final submission and agree to be accountable for the work. All authors must agree to submission and the author order. A position, funding contribution or general supervision alone does not establish authorship.

Provide a contribution statement describing each author's role. Acknowledge other contributions with the contributor's permission. AI tools cannot fulfil author responsibilities and must not be listed as authors.

The corresponding author coordinates communication and ensures that all authors receive decisions and approve the final version. Requests to add, remove or reorder authors must explain the reason and include written agreement from all affected authors. The editor may pause processing until a dispute is resolved by the authors or their institutions; the journal does not adjudicate contribution disputes on behalf of institutions.
