Advertising and Marketing
Advertising and commercial content
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit and the journal's policies. Advertising, sponsorship, or commercial relationships must not influence reviewer selection, acceptance, or the presentation of research findings. Any advertisement or sponsored material must be clearly labeled and distinguishable from scholarly content.
The journal will not use misleading indexing statements, invented metrics, or publication guarantees in promotional material. Commercial notices must not obscure article content or interfere with access. Any commercial relationship relevant to an article must be disclosed as a competing interest.
Direct marketing
Calls for papers and other invitations must identify the journal and publisher accurately, describe the scope and applicable author charges, and avoid promises of acceptance or indexing. Communications should be relevant to the recipient's scholarly interests and respect requests to stop receiving promotional messages. Editorial and review correspondence remains separate from promotion.
Questions or concerns about a communication can be sent to info@shoramedits.com.
