Special Issues Policy

Special issues must fall within the journal scope and follow the same editorial screening, peer review, ethics and licensing standards as regular submissions.

Guest editors must disclose conflicts and cannot decide on their own manuscripts. The journal editors retain final responsibility for decisions and published content.
