Article Processing Charges

There is no submission fee. The article processing charge is waived for manuscripts submitted on or before 31 December 2026. This waiver remains applicable if an eligible manuscript is accepted or published later.

For manuscripts submitted from 1 January 2027, the article processing charge is USD 150 per accepted article, payable after acceptance. No publication charge is payable for rejected manuscripts.

Payment does not influence peer review or editorial decisions.
